I tried food from various cuisines but the three dishes that stood out to me the most were-

Cheese, chilli, fungi mushroom dumplings– The filling was extremely tasty and the cheese made the dumplings melt in the mouth.

CHEESE, CHILLI, FUNGI MUSHROOM DUMPLINGS

Firecracker sushi– sushi composed of bell pepper, avocado, asparagus, fresh dill and spicy mayonnaise. It was light and fresh. Its authentic flavour totally transported me to Japan!!

Florence pizza-Even though it’s a typical vegetable pizza topped with vegetables, it was one of the best pizzas I have had. The crust was thin and crispy and the pizza sauce gave it a nice flavour.
