Bombay Brasserie Menu, Reviews, Photos, Location and Info - Zomato

Few weeks back I visited this restaurant known as BOMBAY BRASSERIE.

Bombay Brasserie is a casual dining restaurant that serves Modern Indian cuisine and has a fusion of conventional and modern preparation of recipes. A mélange of unique ingredients sourced from the far corners of the country and hand-picked from local farms lend the menu its uniqueness and an amazing taste to small plates or curries. The decor of the restaurant is lively and homely. The service is prompt and courteous. The affordable menu makes sure that the flavours and spirit of the traditional Indian cooking reflect in every dish they serve and also features an extensive bar menu that brings together homemade liquor infusions inspired by different cultures in India. This restaurant is a treat to vegetarians and non- vegetarians. They’ve now opened their 8th outlet in Connaught Place, New Delhi!

As you know I am only 17 years old so I am not allowed to taste drinks but I want to tell you something about the drinks that you get at Bombay Brasserie which is a must try. Bombay brasserie has three different bar menus. Drinks at this restaurant are inspired by different cultures in India. The Pauwa cocktails that come flavored with regional fruits and berries are the not to miss drinks.

  • AAM PAPAD PANEER- The best part about this menu is that you can try flavour infusions that you may never have tried before in any other Indian restaurant in Delhi. Sticky and sweet aam papad with paneer is a perfect and a never tasted combination.Bombay Brasserie's photo
  • SUBZ SEEKH KEBAB ROTI- It Is grilled vegetable kebabs, sprinled with kebab masala, served with imli-pudina, pyaz, roti. This dish had four huge chunks of kebab. This dish was amazing.

  • BOMBAY LUNCH HOME VEG CURRY AND BANANA LEAF RICE- Mixed seasonal vegetables simmered in Mumbai’s coastal masala, a rich blend of over 20 spices, eaten with rice steamed in banana leaves. The rice itself is soaked in coconut milk and topped with ghee before it is wrapped in banana leaves and steamed. It reminded us of homes in the coastal region.IMG_7688

  • AMRITSARI KULFI- Kulfi and creamy rabdi on a bed of badam phirni topped with falooda and rose syrup.IMG_7696
  • BOMBAY ICE- CREAM SANDWICH- Jim Jam, Parle G and Bourbon biscuits form the base of this dessert. It is a unique trio.
